Custom production will take a bit longer so always email far enough ahead of time you need products in hand.

I really truly do! My husband travels often and will look for them to add to my collection.

Currently, we will be shipping in the USA ONLY. As business gets bigger, we may expand to other countries.

Sadly, we are only shipping in the USA. The border fees and shipping become a bit hefty and I would hate to charge a ton!

All items are made to order. It will take about a week from order date to shipping. Smaller orders may ship faster than bulk ones.

Returns will be decided on a case by case base due to some products being custom or personalized.
If there is issue, PLEASE email within 72 hours of Tracking Notice being marked DELIVERED.

Dews Ducks is not responsible for anything  once package is in the hands of shipper. We will work with customers on a case by case situation if one arises.
